Multiple ways to access care
Members can access these services by phone, web, or directly on the app. Designing multiple entry points helps members who aren’t tech savvy get to these services quickly.
We removed the barrier to entry for members who don’t want to download an app by building our web product, the Headspace Hub. Here they can request any service and learn everything about the process before opting in.
